About the speakers
Eric Sampson Executive Consultant, Connect Communication
Mr Sampson was born, raised and educated in Hong Kong. He migrated to New Zealand in 1979 and returned to Hong Kong after a 14-year banking career with the Commercial Bank of Australia and Westpac Banking Corporation. A specialist in communication and presentation skills training, he offers training to sales and marketing professionals in areas such as relationship building, effective selling, overcoming objections and delivering excellent customer service.
Tony Ngo Executive Consultant, Connect Communication
With more than 27 years of experience in general management, sales, marketing and business development in the fast-moving consumer goods sector in Asia, Mr Ngo's specialties encompass a wealth of professional skills such as presentation, communication, sales, team building, strategic planning and business execution. Mr Ngo holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Manchester Metropolitan University and a master's degree in business management from University of Salford.
