I hereby agree that I will not at any time directly, or indirectly, disclose customer information, product specifications or other trade secrets or confidential or proprietary information regarding the Company to any third party or otherwise use trade secrets or confidential or proprietary information for my own benefit or the benefit of others unless authorized in writing by the Company. This paragraph shall remain in effect after the termination of employment with the Company.

I hereby declare that I have delivered up to the Company all correspondences, documents, product manuals (including catalogues, brochures, handbooks, discs, etc.), and other properties belonging to the Company.
