Our client is a listed multinational organization who produces a range of products for garment manufacturers & all major retailers globally. As a market leader in their field, this conglomerate has a talent for innovation that has fostered its rapid global expansion. Asia operations have also grown swiftly, requiring the key addition of a Quality Systems Engineer to the regional head office.

Job Description
As the Quality Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for updating the quality management system (QMS) documentation. Additionally, you will be in charge of administrating the critical global audit program that ensures compliance of suppliers, business partners and internal factory operations. You will be working closely with a third party auditing firm on schedules, execution and following up on open audit items.

The Successful Applicant
You will be a degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in QMS implementation and auditing is required. Exposure to plastic injection molding, electroplating, printing and packaging will be an advantage. Relevant experience in ISO 9000/SA 8000 certification and auditing will be a necessity to succeed in this role. A good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin is vital. As this is a regional role, occasional travel will be required.
